No Appeal to Insects

Termites will be attracted to moist and wood; unlike wood framing, concrete is not susceptible to wood rotting or damage by insects (like termites or carpenter ants) that can cause damages worth thousands of dollars. Following the same line of thoughts a termite protection contract while protecting all wood contents may not be a necesity as our homes are made wood-less.
