The Strength To Withstand Hurricane / Tornado Force Winds

In

In independent test simulating 250 mile-per-hour groung level wind speeds equal to the strongest hurricanes, steel-reinforced concrete walls substantially outperformed typical wood and steel framed walls for: 1) withstanding collapsing and structure damage , and 2) reducing flying debris.

Our design exceeds Florida 2004 building code requirements.

Lightning resistant

Our homes are made of poured steel reinforced concrete, incuding the roof!  thus any lightning will be safely routed to the ground without any health or fire hazzard.
